Amanda DuFour

With almost a decade of experience, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work at Morehead State and the University of Kentucky. She is a Certified Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Her experience includes human trafficking, substance use disorder treatment and recovery, state and federal inmate reentry, community-based services, legislation and policy, and clinical mental health therapy. Amanda has a passion to advocate and help people in all areas of their lives and stays connected to her community as a board member at Ampersand. Amanda is committed to supporting people and organizations at all levels of the social work profession. Her work aims to uplift the four tenets of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI).
