Frequently Asked Questions

When you are experiencing a crisis, getting the help you need can be difficult. You might find these answers helpful in determining what options are available to you.
A patient should come to Behavioral Urgent Care when they are in a non-emergency situation. This could include a recent discharge from the hospital, being in between doctors and needing a refill, moved to a new area in Kentucky, or even if there's too long of a waitlist at your current doctor. Even if you don't see the reason that you're seeking treatment listed, give us a call today, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

At Oliver Winston you do not need a referral to be seen, but we do accept all referrals from your family doctor, OBGYN, therapist, or any other provider.

We accept all Kentucky Medicaid, most commercial insurance plans, Medicare options, and self-pay. Give us a call today to discuss your specific insurance provider and coverage.
